Packing great , Room a little dated but still great. Meals and service very good. Staff very pleasant. Queen fate Mall across the road Will stay again for sure.

Pretty average. I understand it’s under construction but it’s pretty rough.? Holes in the ceiling, Filthy carpet, leaks soaking the carpet.? Pretty disappointed that I paid what I paid for it to be honest

After checking in online, we got to the hotel and they could not find our booking then in the confusion we were asked if we had paid. After time booking was found. We did not have any further problems.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. King studio room was spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast was nice with a good selection on food but the scrambled eggs were cold. Hotel is in walking distance to everything. Would definitely stay again.

Sehr sehr alte Ausstattung und alles schon sehr abgenutzt und fleckig. Heizung sehr alt und laut. Balkontür auch sehr alt und dreckig. Bettgestell (Unterste Matratze) sehr fleckig. Und das schlimmste ist, dass alles wahnsinnig feucht riecht und auch sich klamm anfühlt. Für ein paar Stunden Schlaf ok, aber da gibt’s bestimmt auch besseres.

The staff were great. It was the room we had. Room 150. Next time we'd prefer not to be in room 150 or any other room in that section. It's because of the intermittent loud noise of some kind of pump or something. It seems to randomly go on then stop then go again all night long. We ended up putting a do not disturb sign on our door to try and get sleep in the morning but that was interrupted by the cleaners accessing the cupboard next to us which we could hear through our bathroom wall. I don't like complaining tbh but something has to be done because we've been allocated room 150 twice now. And it must be the same for anyone else in that section of the hotel. We will come back again as we love the spa but we will raise issue with room allocation if it's in that section of the hotel again. Regards Matthew Findlay.

Close to Hutt hospital and Queensgate mall. Good if looking for a bed and no frills.

The Angus Inn is ideally situated. It's directly opposite the Queensgate Mall and only a few minutes walk from the Lower Hutt Bowling Club where we were attending a function. The Inn has all the facilities that you need such as a laundry and a restaurant. The booking went like clockwork with no hassles. An enjoyable stay.

Nice friendly helpful staff, the room was lovely, comfortable and clean. No stress whatsoever. Nice short walk to the Queensgate mall. I enjoyed my stay thank you.??
